We are looking for a talented Functional Consultant responsible for reviewing customer processes, re-designing to improve efficiency and performing many of the functional tasks required for a quick Dynamics NAV or D365BC deployment in any part of the world.

As a member of our engagement team, you will be responsible for reviewing customer processes, re-designing to improve efficiency and performing many of the functional tasks required for a quick Dynamics NAV or D365BC deployment in any part of the world.
The position requires domain expertise in operations around finance, procurement, sales and purchase. You must have good knowledge of the Dynamics Financial, Sales and Purchase modules and familiarity with the most current version. You would serve as an internal subject matter expert and support all activities required to be performed for a quick turnaround of software adoption.
Candidate must possess an Indian passport valid at least for the next 2 years.
Preference will be for candidates who can join on immediate basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work with customers to facilitate adoption and support of Sales, Financials and Purchase modules.
Offer Integrated and feasible solutions using industry best practices.
Analyse requirements and business processes, design solutions, and create estimates and other supporting activities related to implementation.
Develop functional design document and specifications for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and D365 enhancements and integration.
Define enhancement requirements for reports and business processes/forms etc. that a developer can use for enhancements.
Functional Design, configuration and testing of core Dynamics Finance, Sales and Purchase modules and add-ons.
Test enhancements for customer acceptance and accuracy. Test the product regularly for alignment to functionalities
Implement, Lead applications testing, Acceptance testing and support implementations through Go Live.
Prepare and write test scripts and test cases for all testing. Experience with automated testing will be preferred.
Participate in release planning and road map discussions.
Identify opportunities to improve the functionality of the solution.
Liaise with developers – act as a point of communication. Guide the developer in Technical Customizations and release
Communicate issues and project tasks with appropriate personnel.
Liaison with client and Internal Users on a day to day basis.
Provide general usability guidance, and prepare reference material for end users
Conduct user trainings. Provide guidance to the training team for augmentation of the training materials.
3+ years of experience as Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant.
Should Have Core skills in Navision Finance, Purchase and Sales modules (Ver. 2013,2015/2016/D365).
Strong industry experience. Operational experience with core business processes around Finance, Purchase, procurement, sourcing and Sales.
Experience of working on 2-3 full life cycle implementations. Experience participating in all stages of lifecycle in multiple Dynamics implementation projects
Experience in requirement gathering process interacting with client, preparefunctional specification.
Experience in providing training to client end users.
Experience in Data Migration and rollout. Experience of providing Pre-Sales Demonstrations
Experience in working with international clients will be an added advantage
Knowledge and Competencies
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015/2016 and D365.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Capable of formally delivering information to group. Strong inter-personal skills
Strong client facing and problem-solving skills. Excellent requirement gathering skills. Understand customer needs. Perform gap analysis between package functionality and customer requirements.
Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics NAV modules. Strong knowledge on Finance, Purchase and Sales modules.
Microsoft SQL Server basic understanding. Understanding of SQL and RDBMS concepts.
Knowledge of Financial business processes and functions (e.g. Procurement, purchasing/contracts, accounts payable, general ledger/accounting, inventory Costing and valuation, billing/accounts receivable, and Fixed asset management, budget management)
Knowledge of principles, practices, regulations, and reporting requirements of Direct and Indirect Tax System of India (GST, Customs, TDS, TCS)
Experience in writing functional specifications, Gap documentation and training materials. Knowledge on documentation standards, capable to create all standard project documentation
Knowledge on Project Scoping, analysis and Estimation.
Ability to establish priorities and work independently
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, financial accounting, business administration (B.Com, BBA) or CA, ICWA, CFA, MBA, M.Sc(Fin), M.Com, PG Diploma and equivalent
Other acceptable qualifications with appropriate work experience in NAV or D365BC implementation – B.Tech/BE (Computers related), BCA, MCA or equivalent qualifications in Computer Science /Information Technology/ Software Applications
Good academic credentials and track record from 10th onwards will carry significant weightage for shortlisting.
Must be good in English verbal and written communication
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 will be an added advantage.

Base Location : Bangalore. Should be ready for deputations to locations abroad.
Project Locations : Anywhere in India or abroad (US/CAN/ UAE/ Europe/ Far East)
Passport : Must have valid passport with validity for at least 2 years from now.
Work Days : India office operates from 9am to 6pm Mo-Sa (2nd and 4th Sa of month is off).
